Returning your Wax

If you are ready to return your creation back to for casting, amazing! We can't wait to see what you've created. Before you put it in the mail back to us, there are just a couple of things we need you to do first.

1. Choose your Options

When you are ready to return a wax to us, it's important that you create a submission on our online wax return form first. This is where you select what kind of metal, what surface finish, etc.

2. Put your item(s) inside your tin

Carefully put your wax inside your secure return tin. Make sure you have written your 'Casting Voucher' on your tin and free return envelope. This code will be on the submission complete page and in your confirmation email. If you already have your casting voucher printed on your tin, don't worry about this.

3. Return to us

Domestic Mail

If you are returning your wax to us from within America, you will have a prepaid envelope included with your kit. This enables you to return your wax jewelry creation back to us free of charge. Simply place your tin inside, securely seal, and drop it in your mailbox or a USPS drop box or branch. No need to stand in line or pay anything.

Outside the USA

If you are returning your wax to us from a country other than America, your prepaid envelope will not work. If you try to use this envelope, it will go missing or be returned to you in most cases. We don't want that!

We recommend placing your wax to us inside a small rigid mailing box to ensure it protects your wax during transit. However, you can still use the blue mailer (cover or remove the existing label) if you'd like. Once you have your wax securely packaged up you'll have to ship it to us yourself via an international sender.
