Returning your wax to us

If you are ready to return your creation back to for casting, amazing! We can't wait to see what you've created. Before you drop it in the post back to us, there are just a couple of things we need you to do first. 

1. Create a Submission

When you are ready to return a wax to us, it's important that you create a submission on our online wax return form first.

2. Put wax inside your tin

Carefully put your wax inside your secure return tin. Make sure you have your casting code on your tin and return envelope. This code should be there already and should match your confirmation email.

3. Return your wax to be cast

Within the US

If you are returning your wax to us from America, you will have a blue prepaid return envelope included with your kit. This enables you to return your wax jewelry creation back to us free of charge. Simply put your tin inside, securely seal, and drop it in any USPS mailbox, or your local Post Office. 

Outside the US

If you are returning your wax to us from outside the USA, your prepaid return envelope will not work. If you try to use this envelope, it will go missing in most cases. We don't want that! 

It is advised that you return your wax to us inside a more secure small mailing box to ensure it protects your wax during transit. However, you can still use the included mailer with an international shipping label if you'd like. Once you have your wax securely packaged up, use your local mail service, UPS, Fedex, etc. to ship it to us.
